Making Peppernut Balls

Museum Curator Sherrie Smith-Ferri, leads this third added workshop on the making of peppernut balls. Learn how to prepare and enjoy these Native treats, from harvesting the fruit of the bay laurel tree to the finished truffle-like product. The workshop lasts about 90 minutes. Class fees: $15 Museum members & volunteers; $20 non-Museum members. All materials included.
