Neno Villamor Artist Demonstration & Papermaking Workshop

  • Grace Hudson Museum & Sun House 431 South Main Street Ukiah, CA 95482 USA (map)

CANCELED!

We are very sorry to announce the cancelation of this event. Neno Villamor just learned she was exposed to COVID recently, and though she has tested negative, out of an abundance of caution has decided to quarantine.

Neno Villamor identifies more as a sculptor than as purely a paper artist. She starts by creating forms in modeling clay, then makes molds and casts in paper before embellishing the final casting with color. Neno loves to share her knowledge and teach people of all ages how to make casted paper. Attendees can drop by to create their own small piece of casted paper and to find out more about her work. Free with Museum admission.

Get a preview of Neno’s artistry by coming by the Museum between July 27 and August 7 for a pop-up exhibition of her casted paper art.
