More About Manzanita with Corine Pearce

Manzanita berries are ripening around this time of year. Find out about this vital plant, and also about how Pomo peoples used it traditionally as well as today. Take a sip of manzanita cider and try preparing manzanita popcorn yourself. This program is led by Corine Pearce (Redwood Valley Rancheria); she is a cultural educator, basketmaker, curator, and herbalist.

Reservations are NOT required. Program included with Museum admission. Admission is always free for Native Americans, Active Military, and Museum Members.
